The rates are intended per day, per apartment including the services
offered.

Conditions of
stay:
- The apartments are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and have to
be made available at 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Check-in at the Hotel Lech da Sompunt, 150 mt from the Chalet
- Check-in by 7 p.m. Please inform us by phone in case of late arrival.
- Pets are accepted, Euro 10,00 per day.
- If possible, send the documents by e-mail a few days before arrival, to facilitate and speed up the ceck in.
- For late arrivals, early departures (even in the case of atmospheric
conditions which aer out of our control), the entire period booked will be
charged.
- Please settle the bill at the check in in the Hotel Lech da Sompunt, the receipt will be issued on the day of departure.
- Please do not smoke in the apartments. Thank you for your understanding.

The deposit is never refunded, but in the case of covid closure or a covid positive certification, it can be used again on another occasion.
Services offered during your stay in Apartments Chalet Susi:
- Daily cleaning service for bathroom, floors and making of beds. Final
cleaning included in the rate.
- Weekly change of bed linen and daily change of towels. Please throw the
towels, which you want to have changed, on to the floor.
